Assistant Manager – Quality

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality to join our hospital. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hospital quality management and NABH accreditation, with the ability to drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor the Hospital Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and statutory requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support external accreditation audits.
- Monitor quality indicators, patient safety goals, and clinical quality metrics.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate patient feedback, incident reporting, and risk management activities.




- Conduct quality training and awareness programs for hospital staff.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and management review presentations.
- Work closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve processes and ensure compliance.
- Support documentation control, SOP implementation, and policy revisions.

Requirements

- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA (Hospital Management), MPH, Nursing, or a related healthcare qualification.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hospital quality management.
- Solid knowledge of NABH, NABL,ISO, Green OT , patient safety, and internal audits.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
