Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management

- Supervise daily plastic injection moulding operations to achieve production targets.
- Monitor machine performance, cycle times, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure production schedules are executed according to customer requirements and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate machine setup, mold changes, process adjustments, and startup activities.
- Minimize machine downtime and production losses.
- Monitor raw material consumption and reduce wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S practices in the production area.
- Quality Control & Assurance
- Conduct first-piece approval and in-process quality inspections.




- Monitor product quality parameters and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding quality concerns.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if applicable), and customer-specific requirements.
- Reduce rejection rates, rework, and customer complaints.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
