Eligibility

- Minimum 3–5 Years of Experience in Retail
- Experience in handling multiple outlets is preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple outlet operations.
- Drive sales, profitability, and achieve business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, and staff scheduling.
- Train, mentor, and develop outlet teams.
- Control inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.
- Analyze store performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with senior management to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
Salary
Up to ₹70,000 (Depends on Experience & Interview)
