About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Tally Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally Prime/ERP, excellent computer proficiency, and sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and banking operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting management with timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.

Maintain books of accounts including Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Purchase Book, Sales Book, and Bank Book.

Pass accounting entries accurately and on time.

Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

GST & Taxation

Record GST transactions accurately.





Reconcile GST Input and Output.

Assist in GST return preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

Maintain GST invoices and tax records.

Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and reconciliation.

Banking & Reconciliation

Perform daily bank reconciliation.

Record NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and cheque transactions.

Maintain petty cash records.

Coordinate with banks for account-related activities.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

Process vendor payments.

Track outstanding receivables.

Follow up on pending payments.

Prepare ageing reports.

Pay: ₹8,559.69 - ₹20,000.00 per month
