Job Summary:
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple regional marketplaces. The role involves marketplace operations, product listing management, invoicing, inventory monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations across assigned ecommerce marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate product pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Coordinate order processing and fulfilment activities.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings on ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.
- Handle invoicing for ecommerce orders and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate with finance teams regarding payments, reconciliations, and credit notes.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock-related issues.




- Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with ecommerce marketplaces in UAE and KSA is preferred.

Storeus, Carrefour, Sharaf DG, Mumzworld, and other regional ecommerce marketplaces.
