Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Manager / Store Keeper to manage construction and site materials efficiently. The role involves inventory control, material issuance, coordination with site teams, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials at the site store.

Receive materials as per purchase orders, verify quantity and quality, and report discrepancies.

Issue materials to site engineers and contractors against approved requisitions.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and safety of materials.

Monitor stock levels and inform management about re-order requirements in advance.

Maintain daily stock registers, inward/outward registers, and material consumption records.

Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports for management and accounts department.

Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, vendors, and transporters.

Prevent material loss, damage, theft, and pilferage at the site.





Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with records.

Manage tools, equipment, and returnable materials effectively.

Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety standards.

Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Store Keeper / Store Manager in real estate or construction projects.

Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and inventory management.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, stock software preferred).

Valuable coordination, record-keeping, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently at project sites.

Minimum Diploma / Graduate (preferred).

Experience Required

2–5 years experience in a similar role in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
