Namosri Ventures Pvt. Ltd. operates Tiki Farms Resort, a 9-key boutique resort set across 8 acres in Karjat, Raigad, Maharashtra — known for its tropical, peaceful, and personalised hospitality. Mai Kai is the resort's signature multicuisine restaurant, designed to operate as an independent revenue centre serving both resort guests and external diners.

Job purpose

Tiki Farms Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations across its 8-acre boutique resort property. This is a senior on-site role — you will lead and supervise the housekeeping team, maintain cleanliness standards across all zones, implement SOPs, coordinate basic MEP maintenance reporting, and serve as the on-site property anchor when the Director is not present. The role requires someone physically present, proactive, and who takes genuine pride in property upkeep.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise all housekeeping staff and manage daily cleaning operations across the property
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all zones: guest rooms, bungalows, restaurant, kitchen, staff rooms, pantry, pool area, lawns, amenities, toilets, and common spaces
- Conduct daily room inspections and property walkthroughs before guest check-ins
- Manage linen inventory, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies
- Allocate daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance and discipline
- Implement and maintain housekeeping SOPs, checklists, and hygiene standards
- Identify and report MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)



maintenance issues; coordinate with technicians and Ramesh Bandal (property support) for resolution
- Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests and handle complaints professionally
- Train housekeeping attendants on cleaning procedures, chemical use, and hygiene standards
- Act as on-site property coordinator in the Director's absence — ensuring all departments are functioning, guests are attended to, and issues are escalated appropriately
- Maintain daily housekeeping log and share updates with management via WhatsApp

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort housekeeping
- Supervisory or team leader experience is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and MEP coordination
- Comfortable with physical supervision and daily property walkthroughs across a large property
- Willing to stay on-site (staff accommodation provided) and work weekends
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi

- Strong team management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness
- Calm, authoritative presence — able to manage diverse local staff
- Basic computer skills: WhatsApp reporting, Excel checklists
- Ability to handle guest interactions professionally

Compensation & benefits

Fixed salary: ₹20,000 per month

Accommodation: Private room provided at the resort (residential role)

Meals: All meals provided

Uniform: Provided

Working pattern

- 6 days a week
- Weekend presence mandatory — this is a resort, weekends are peak
- Weekly off on a weekday
- Immediate joining preferred
