We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate – US Audit to support audit engagements across Non-Profit Organizations (NPO), Employee Benefit Plans (EBP), and financial audits. The role involves executing audit procedures, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with US auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute audit procedures for NPO, EBP, and financial audits in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS
- Assist in planning audits and performing risk assessments
- Evaluate internal controls and highlight gaps or improvement areas
- Prepare and maintain audit documentation and working papers
- Analyze financial statements and transactions to identify discrepancies




- Communicate audit observations and support discussions with clients
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards
- Collaborate with team members and support junior staff when required
- Stay updated on changes in audit standards and industry practices

Requirements

- 1 year of experience in US Audit (NPO/EBP/Financial Audits preferred)
- Basic understanding of US GAAP and GAAS
- Proficiency in audit tools and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
