*Operations Executive – Fleet Operations*

*Job Summary*

Qelvo Private Limited is looking for an Operations Executive to support daily fleet operations and ensure smooth vehicle deployment, maintenance coordination, compliance management, and operational reporting. The role acts as a key coordinator between drivers, vendors, workshops, and the operations team to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and maximum fleet uptime.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Ensure vehicle availability as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, replacements, and standby arrangements.
- Schedule and track preventive maintenance and vehicle repairs.
- Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and drivers for operational support.
- Monitor EV charging schedules and fuel utilization.
- Maintain vehicle documentation including RC, Insurance, Permits, and Fitness Certificates.
- Track document renewals and compliance requirements.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections for safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily MIS reports on fleet availability, downtime,



maintenance, and incidents.
- Support audits, billing requirements, and operational reporting.

*Requirements*

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Transport Operations, Logistics, or Mobility Services.
- Experience in Cab Operations or Employee Transportation Services preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle documentation and fleet management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
