- System Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems (wiring, panels, backup power) and plumbing infrastructure (pipes, fixtures, valves) to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex electrical and plumbing issues, executing protected and prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
- Project Supervision: Manage plumbing and electrical teams or outside contractors to ensure commercial or residential projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installation and maintenance work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Inventory & Vendor Management: Procure high-quality electrical and plumbing materials, manage inventory levels, and negotiate with vendors for supplies and services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and service schedules.
- Budgeting: Assist management in forecasting costs for routine maintenance and upcoming facility upgrade projects.
