- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce planning.
- Coordinate training and employee development programs.
- Support management with HR strategies and organizational development.
