Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our energetic team. Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all financial needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and current financial situation through regular meetings and communication.
- Identify and assess client needs, then recommend appropriate financial products and services, including investments, lending, insurance, and wealth management solutions.




- Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., investment advisors, credit officers, product specialists) to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions to clients.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly, providing updates on performance, market trends, and making adjustments as necessary to align with client goals.
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and actively seek referrals to expand the client portfolio.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for various financial products and services.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
