Job Summary-
Vishal Builders is looking for a Tender Executive with experience in the construction industry to manage government tendering activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing tender documents, coordinating with estimation and technical teams, and submitting bids through government e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities-

- Prepare and submit government tenders through e-tendering portals.
- Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with estimation, billing, planning, and project teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Arrange EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other statutory documents.
- Maintain records of ongoing and submitted tenders.
- Track tender status, corrigenda, bid openings, and results.
- Liaise with government departments and clients regarding tender-related queries.
- Ensure timely submission of bids while maintaining complete documentation.

Requirements-

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any relevant qualification.




- 2–5 years of experience in tendering for civil construction or government infrastructure projects.
- Experience in government e-tendering portals.
- Knowledge of BOQs, estimates, drawings, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience-

- Experience with CPWD, PWD, Railways, NHAI, MES, PSU, or other government projects.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, tender procedures, and bid documentation.
- Experience working with ERP software will be an added advantage.

Location- 09: 00 to 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Location- Fafadihi, Raipur, CG

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
