Position– FARM SUPERVISOR

Qualification:
✔ B.Sc. / Diploma in Agriculture or a related field

Experience:
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in farm operations or agricultural supervision
✔ Experience in crop cultivation, irrigation, and workforce management preferred

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise daily farm operations and agricultural activities
✔ Monitor crop growth, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control
✔ Manage and coordinate farm workers to ensure productive productivity
✔ Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment and machinery
✔ Maintain farm records,



production reports, and inventory
✔ Implement best agricultural practices while ensuring health and safety standards

Skills Required:
✔ Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques
✔ Leadership and team management skills
✔ Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
✔ Ability to work in outdoor environments and manage daily farm operations

Salary:
✔ 50,000.00 to 55,000.00 INR
