Location: India (Hybrid) Role Overview Architect cum Trainer to lead enterprise training & implementations of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI, with a strong focus on Agentic AI solutions. This is a clientfacing training, consulting and delivery role, responsible for defining architecture, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring secure, scalable, and responsible AIdriven automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as Trainer, architect and technical authority for Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI engagements Design and govern: Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility Custom Copilots using Copilot Studio Power Automate cloud and desktop flows (RPA) Architect Agentic AI solutions, including:



Planner–executor and supervisor agent patterns Toolusing and multiagent systems RAGbased AI using Azure AI Search Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight to project teams Support presales activities (solutioning, estimations, proposals, demos) Ensure adherence to Cognizant delivery standards, security, and Responsible AI principles Required Skills Microsoft Copilot: Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot extensibility Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, governance & ALM Azure AI: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Functions, Logic Apps Agentic AI: Autonomous/semiautonomous agents, orchestration, memory, tool invocation Enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and Azurenative architecture Robust clientfacing consulting and global delivery experience Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
