* Preparation & review of financial statements, MIS and management reports
* Ensure GST, Income Tax and statutory compliance
* Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost control
* Oversee AP, AR and General Ledger functions
* Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits
* Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial risks
