CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹6LPA + ESOPs (For Full-Time, Negotiable)

About the Role
We are building a next-generation Recruitment Portal + ATS + CRM powered by AI.We are looking for a self-starter who can take complete product development from the ground up and work directly with the Founder — an entrepreneur with deep recruitment industry expertise but no software development background.
You will be the first core team member helping convert the founder’s industry vision into a world-class recruitment software product.
Ideal for someone who wants full ownership of design, UI, and front-end development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user journeys, wireframes, and UI for web SaaS platforms
- Build and maintain a scalable design system (Figma)
- Convert designs into responsive front-end (HTML/CSS/JS/React preferred)
- Collaborate with founder & developers to deliver features quickly
- Own product execution end-to-end from concept → design → front-end
Skills Required
- 2–5 years in UI/UX, Product Design, or Front-End Development
- Robust command of Figma + UX fundamentals
- Ability to build responsive UI (HTML/CSS/JS; React is a bonus)
- Experience in SaaS, HRTech, ATS/CRM, or dashboards preferred
- Must be independent, proactive, and comfortable as the first employe
