Associate Media Consultant at El Sol Strategic Consultants [ESSC] in the Hospitality segment

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client and Media Relations:

- Liaise daily with clients and media via telephone and email.
- Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media.
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
- Promote news stories and features to the media and sell them effectively.

Monitoring and Research:

- Monitor traditional and recent age media, including newspapers, journals, broadcasts, social media, and blogs, for client opportunities.

Marketing Coordination:

- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
- Explore and create opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising

Event and Campaign Management:

- On-ground presence at events, including press conferences and promotional activities.
- Prepare presentations,



campaign taglines, and interview responses.

Content Creation and Documentation:

- Research, write, and disseminate press releases to targeted media.

Crisis Management:

- Support seamless crisis management and troubleshooting.

Client Relationship Management:

- Ensure 100% client retention by delivering exceptional service.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Strategic Planning:

- Assist in creation of quarterly and annual brand marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals along with senior media consultants.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and offer relevant communication strategy recommendations.

Knowledge Upkeep:

- Maintain relationships and databases with key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.

Monday - Friday (last Saturday working)
