We're looking for a Senior R&D; Executive – Food Research & Product Development who thrives on innovation, scientific problem-solving, and commercialization.

1. Position

Senior R&D; Executive – Food Research & Product Development

Experience Required

- 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Industrial R&D; experience is mandatory
- Experience in commercial product development will be preferred

Qualifications

- B. Tech in Food Technology
- M. Tech candidates with relevant experience are also welcome

Key Responsibilities

- Develop cutting-edge food and beverage formulations.
- Conduct laboratory trials and sensory evaluations.
- Scale formulations from laboratory to commercial production.
- Work across beverages, dairy, snacks, bakery, sauces, seasonings, and nutraceuticals.
- Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, SOPs, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for pilot and commercial production trials.




- Resolve formulation challenges related to stability, texture, flavour, shelf life, and processing.

What We're Looking For

- Strong formulation and ingredient knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in food product development.
- Excellent understanding of food processing and commercial manufacturing.
- Strong scientific and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Passion for developing market-ready products, not just laboratory prototypes.

Client Interaction

As part of this role, you'll work directly with founders, CEOs, and product managers by:

- Understanding client requirements and product briefs.
- Leading technical discussions.
- Conducting sensory evaluations.
- Supporting commercial trials.
- Delivering product presentations.
