RetronAI is building an AI software development platform that helps people turn ideas into production-ready software using AI agents.

We are looking for a hungry, creative, and hands-on Growth Marketing Associate to work closely with the founder on early GTM, social media growth, influencer outreach, community building, launch planning, and growth experiments.

Responsibilities

- Support GTM strategy and launch planning
- Manage and grow RetronAI's social media presence
- Research competitors, creators, influencers, and communities
- Help plan campaigns for waitlist growth and product launch
- Coordinate with designers for creatives and videos
- Write basic content briefs, captions, and campaign ideas
- Track campaign performance and share weekly insights
- Experiment with new growth channels and ideas

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or social media




- Strong interest in AI, SaaS, startups, and technology
- Good written communication skills
- Creative, curious, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup
- Basic understanding of social media, campaigns, analytics, and content
- Bonus: experience with influencer marketing, communities, or paid campaigns
