Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments at patients homes.
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on the patient's medical condition and functional goals.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric, post-operative, sports injury, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, mobility, pain management, and home safety.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and submit documentation on time.
- Coordinate with doctors, case managers, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Achieve high standards of patient satisfaction and quality care.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
- Solid clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in home healthcare is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of post-operative rehabilitation protocols.
- Experience in neurological and geriatric rehabilitation.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
