About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage corporate CSR partners, donors, and funding agencies.
2. Generate leads and schedule meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
3. Prepare and present CSR proposals, concept notes, and grant applications.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners and donors.
5. Raise funds through CSR partnerships, grants, sponsorships, and individual donations.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for project planning, implementation, and impact reporting.
7. Track fundraising pipeline, maintain donor database, and submit regular progress reports.
8. Represent YSS Foundation at corporate meetings, networking events, and conferences.
9. Achieve monthly fundraising and partnership targets while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

1. Prior experience in CSR, fundraising, business development, sales, or NGO partnerships is preferred.

2. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

3. Strong proposal writing and presentation abilities.

4. Self-motivated, target-oriented,



and willing to travel for corporate meetings.

5. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.

6. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
