Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rajpura. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving outlet and regional sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers, franchise partners, and corporate clients. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, conducting market visits, coordinating with caf teams to promote offerings, and supporting franchise and retail expansion initiatives. The role involves tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with marketing and operations to execute local promotions and campaigns.



The Sales Executive will also represent Chai Nagri in local events and corporate interactions to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads and meet defined targets.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and professional presentation.
- Candidates should possess basic business development and market research skills to identify local opportunities, analyze competition, and suggest growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess organizational and reporting skills, including maintaining sales records, using basic MS Office or CRM tools, and managing daily follow-ups.
- Relevant experience in retail, F&B;, caf chains, or franchise sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajpura, travel locally as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort with flexible working hours, including weekends or peak business times, as per operational needs.
