We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with clients, following up on leads, scheduling meetings and assisting the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings (online & offline).
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, references and outreach.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM, sales reports and daily activity updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly business targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
- Well-organised, proactive and target-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over calls, emails and meetings.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
