Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
2. Communicate with clients and internal teams to understand and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
3. Utilize MS Office tools to organize client information and track progress on sales and marketing initiatives
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting our products and services to potential clients
5. Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
6. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase our offerings
7. Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
