Role Description
This is a full-time, in office position located in Vishakhapatnam. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, organizing event logistics, overseeing vendor and venue arrangements, and ensuring events run smoothly. Additionally, the role involves working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills,
with the ability to handle logistics and ensure seamless event execution.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Customer Service and Sales expertise to build relationships and address client inquiries and needs.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and handle responsibilities efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in budgeting and time management to optimize resources and deliver successful outcomes.
- Experience in on-site event coordination is preferred.
- A Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable.
- Must know good at MS office
- Good designing skills in Canva
