Roles:

- As an HR Intern at ILP Overseas, you will gain direct exposure to real-time HR processes including recruitment,
- onboarding, and team coordination. A key part of this role is actively hiring interns for the following open positions:
- Influencer Marketing Internship, Social Media Marketing Internship, Human Resource Internship, and Sales &
- Marketing Internship. You will build the talent pipeline and support day-to-day HR operations end-to-end.

Responsibility:

- Hire interns for open roles: Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, HR, and Sales & Marketing
- Post job ads on job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications with unbiased evaluation
- Schedule and coordinate telephonic interviews
- Maintain candidate records in internal databases
- Submit daily updates via Google Forms




- Train and onboard new joiners
- Build university collaborations for internship programs
- Assist the recruitment team with other HR-related tasks
- Dedicate at least 3 hours per day, 6 days a week
