As we continue expanding our developer network and property listings, we're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to help maintain high-quality property data, onboard developers, and ensure our platform remains accurate, reliable, and operationally productive.

Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing property listings, onboarding developers, and maintaining data quality across the TruEstates.ai platform. Working closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams, you'll ensure our customers always have access to accurate, complete, and up-to-date project information.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Monitor newly launched residential and commercial projects from primary market developers.
- Upload new projects to the TruEstates.ai platform.
- Maintain complete and accurate project information, including:
- Project descriptions
- Pricing
- Unit configurations
- Floor plans
- Amenities
- Payment plans
- Brochures
- Images and videos
- RERA and regulatory details (where applicable)
- Regularly update project information based on the latest developer announcements.




- Archive completed or inactive projects while maintaining accurate historical records.

Developer Onboarding

- Register current developers on the TruEstates.ai platform.
- Verify developer information before onboarding.
- Maintain and update developer profiles.
- Coordinate with developers to obtain missing project assets, marketing materials, and required documentation.

Data Quality & Platform Administration

- Perform routine audits to ensure listing accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or incorrect project information.
- Ensure all listings comply with company standards and quality guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in naming conventions, formatting, and categorisation across the platform.
- Report data discrepancies and operational issues to the management team.

Operations Support

- Assist with day-to-day administrative activities related to platform operations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams for listing updates.
- Support new feature rollouts by validating property data and platform content.
- Prepare periodic reports on project uploads, developer registrations, and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online portals, and web-based applications.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in real estate operations, data entry, administration, CRM management, or content management is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and organisational skills are encouraged to apply.
