About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software systems.
2. Set up, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
3. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
4. Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections of client systems.
5. Assist with the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and IT infrastructure.
6. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients.

Other requirements

1. Hold a diploma, ITI certification, or a degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, or a related field.

2. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

3. Candidates with prior experience and a proven track record in IT hardware and networking support are encouraged to apply.

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
