This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills who enjoys speaking with clients and converting enquiries into successful sales.Role OverviewThis is 80% inbound sales role.We receive approximately 15–20 qualified inbound enquiries every day through our marketing channels. No cold calling is required.As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective UK clients, guiding them from their initial enquiry through consultation booking, sales discussions, invoice collection, and successful project onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries from UK-based clients.Understand client requirements and qualify new enquiries.Schedule, confirm, and manage client consultations.Follow up with missed calls, pending enquiries, and no-show appointments.Conduct professional sales conversations and present our services confidently.Manage prospects throughout the complete sales cycle.Convert enquiries into paying clients and coordinate invoice payments.Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.Prepare meeting notes, client correspondence, presentations, and documentation.Represent WBM Plandome professionally in every client interaction.What You'll Work With15–20 inbound enquiries per dayWarm,
