The ideal candidate should have:

- 5–8 years of Product Design / UX Design experience.
- Strong expertise in Figma.
- Hands-on experience in UX/UI Design, User Research, Usability Testing, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flows, Interaction Design, and Design Systems.
- Experience designing Enterprise or SaaS products.
- Solid experience with Analytics Dashboards and data-intensive applications.
- Exposure to AI-driven user experiences or AI Product Design is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Framer, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must demonstrate the level of Product Design skills, practical experience, and overall fit required for this role through relevant project experience and a strong portfolio.





Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Design dashboards, analytics products, and data-driven user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and user-centric designs.
- Drive UX best practices and maintain design consistency across products.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
