*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to
manage client communications, maintain accurate client data, and ensure smooth
coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will act as a single
point of contact, ensuring excellent client experience and long-term relationships.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Proactively communicate with clients to build solid and lasting relationships.
- Serve as a single point of contact for all client interactions and coordination.
- Manage and maintain accurate client data and records.
- Handle site-related client payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Maintain and update Google Sheets, including FMS and related trackers.
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally.
- Understand client needs, address queries, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect client testimonials and feedback to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic data management tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently.
- Attention to detail, especially in data and payment reconciliation.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities
