Key Responsibilities:

1. Detailed maintenance catalogue of all machine

2. Master list of all machines.

3. Electrical drawings of all machines.

4. Wiring diagram of factory.

5. Root cause analysis of breakdowns.

6. Prepare preventive maintenance plans for all machines.

7. Prepare procedure for maintenance of various equipment's.

8. Prepare operating instructions for each machine.

9. Prepare electrical, hydraulic & Pneumatic circuit diagram of equipment's as per requirement.

10. Knowledge in taking the Interviews, give training, motivation, assigns and evaluates works.

11. Knowledge in maintaining and facing internal audits and ISO documentation

Job Summary:

1. Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works

2. Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site

3. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively

4. Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems

5. Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime

6. Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management.

7. Optimise equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

8. Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken

9. Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure

Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy

11. Manage the process of the introduction of current machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties

12. Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment from gaining agreement to write off to physically removing it and its safe and lawful disposal

13. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

14. Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation

15. Provide technical expertise to the team

16. Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required

17. Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact

18. Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department

19. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors

Vital Competency Requirements For Effective Performance:

1. Should be An Engineering graduate, Experience in Manufacturing is preferable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹57,219.53 per month
