Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital or diagnostic center to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
- Manage and coordinate hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, technicians, pharmacy personnel, and administrative teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage hospital inventory, medical supplies, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
- Handle administrative activities and support hospital management in achieving operational goals.
- Maintain quality standards, patient satisfaction, and service excellence.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain MIS as required by the management.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred).
