About the Role

Flywings Tour and Packages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Ticketing Executives to join our growing team. We welcome both freshers who are eager to build a career in the travel industry and experienced professionals with expertise in domestic and international air ticketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and modify airline tickets.
- Assist customers with fare quotations and travel itineraries.
- Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, baggage rules, and travel requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for reservations and ticketing.
- Maintain booking records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve assigned sales and service targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

EligibilityFreshers

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Passion for customer service and the travel industry.




- Training will be provided.

Experienced Candidates

- 1–5 years of experience in airline ticketing or a travel agency.
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Knowledge of domestic and international fare calculations.
- Experience in ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

Required Skills
