Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are a growing study abroad agency looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Field Marketing & Sales Executive. In this role, you will be the face of our company on the ground. Your primary responsibility will be executing outdoor campaigns, visiting colleges/coaching centers, and interacting directly with students to generate high-quality leads for our study abroad programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Outdoor Campaigns: Plan and execute field marketing activities, canopy setups, and outdoor campaigns at targeted locations (colleges, universities, coaching centers, and public events).
- Lead Generation: Approach students and parents directly, explain our study abroad services, and collect accurate contact details (leads).
- Data Management: Maintain a daily record of leads collected and share regular reports with the internal sales team.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain good relationships with college authorities, local mentors,



and coaching institute heads to facilitate smooth campaign setups.
- Brand Awareness: Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials effectively to increase brand visibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Business degrees are a plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in field sales, outdoor marketing, or promotions. Fresher candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (essential for daily field visits).
- Language: Fluency in the local language is required; basic English is highly preferred.
- Traits: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors to achieve targets.
