We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as Desktop Support Engineers (Backup Engineers). The candidate will be responsible for providing onsite IT support, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, and assisting end users with technical problems.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Install and configure Windows OS, MS Office, and other software applications.
* Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
* Assist users with system setup, password resets, and email configuration.
* Resolve user issues through onsite support or remote assistance.
* Maintain IT assets and update service reports.
* Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.
*Required Skills*
* Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Windows OS.
* Basic understanding of Networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address).
* Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook.
* Positive communication and troubleshooting skills.
* Willingness to travel to client locations.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
