Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of QC auditors to ensure adherence to quality standards and productivity targets
- Oversee quality checks across CAPI, CATI, and Qualitative and Quantitative research processes
- Review client requirements and ensure QC checkpoints are effectively implemented
- Monitor daily workflow, allocate tasks, and prioritize deliverables to meet timelines
- Conduct and supervise tele back-checks, including script design and execution
- Review Client QCRs and provide detailed feedback, including rebuttals, where required
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
- Provide regular reports, insights, and updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Act as a point of contact for clients and fieldwork partners regarding quality-related matters
- Ensure timely communication and coordination via email and other channels
- Train and mentor QC team members on questionnaires, QC parameters, and key processes
- Conduct refresher training sessions to enhance team capability and performance




- Ensure timely feedback is shared with freelancers in the presence of PM POC

- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and processes

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline with 4 to 5 years of total experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Market Research quality control/assurance
- Experience in managing QC teams and handling client deliverables
- Hands-on experience with CAPI, CATI, and qualitative research QC processes preferred
