About Us

We are looking for

The IT and Security Manager must have at least 6+ Years of experience, having played a key role in the installation, configuration, and day-to-day maintenance of IT support, security and management systems. This role ensures business continuity through hands-on troubleshooting, user support, and system upkeep. The position suits candidates who demonstrate basic independence in executing all essential IT and support tasks and who are eager to grow into more advanced responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing the following:
- Server (IP addressing, DNS and DHCP, Switch and Router configuration, Network topology and traffic analysis, Monitoring tools like PRTG, SolarWinds)





- Network (Windows and Linux servers, setting up Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Backup and Restore products, Virtualization using VMware or Hyper-V)

- Antivirus (Centralized antivirus console such as Symantec, McAfee, Virus signature update, Policy enforcement)

- Managing Security across:
- Email (Gateways, encryption, DLP policies)

- Firewall (Configuration using Sophos, IDS and IPS, VPN setup and secure access, Log monitoring)

- Network (Segmentation and VLANs based on guidance, SIEM tools, Regular vulnerability scans, Threat analysis and incident response)

- Owning, implementing, monitoring, resolving and managing the following:

- Endpoint Management (EDR tools, MDM, USB control, Device encryption and hardening)

- Backup and Disaster Recovery (RTO and RPO, DR planning, Backup and Restoration strategies, tools like Veeam, Acronis or native solutions)

- Cloud Security (GCP basics, AWS, Azure, IAM roles and policies, Data encryption in transit and rest, Cloud monitoring and billing alerts)

- Asset and Inventory (CMDB or IT asset tools, Software licensing compliance, Tagging and Documentation)

- Access and Identity (RBAC, MFA, SSO)

- Change and Patch management (Change request process, test patching in staging environments, Document changes)

- Compliance and Audit (Understanding of standards {ISO 27001, GDPR, etc})

- Incident Response and Reporting (Basic Forensic steps, Logging and Escalation protocols, working with InfoSec or external consultants)

- IT Documentation (Network diagrams, System configuration logs, Access control lists, SOPs)
- User Awareness and Support (Communicating IT policies, Basic Security Awareness training, Timely user support and resolution of tickets)

- Install, configure, Troubleshoot, desktops/laptops across Windows, Linux, and macOS systems.
- Support user account management and authentication services via Active Directory.
- Configure basic email filtering rules to block spam or phishing attempts.
- Manage roles, access controls billing alerts on platforms like Microsoft365
- Track and update assets using basic CMDB or inventory tools.
- Assist with preparing audit reports by gathering required data and logs.
- Escalate incidents to support teams with relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate SOPs, system access logs, and user guides.




- Maintain up to date IT infrastructure records across the organization.

Required Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is typically preferred. A master's degree can be an advantage.
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and information security roles.
- Proven track record of managing and troubleshooting complex IT and security systems.
- Experience in a role that requires basic independence in executing all essential IT and support tasks.

Demonstrated eagerness and ability to grow into more advanced responsibilities.

- CompTIA Security+: (Foundational security knowledge)
- ISACA CISM (Certified Information Security Manager): Focuses on managing and developing information security programs.
