Overview

The Senior process Associate/ Analyst is a position with minimum 3+ years of experience in KPO, BPO industry with minimum graduation qualification, should be willing to get trained in Insurance/F&A; field.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

- Perform assigned tasks with accuracy and within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring all work is peer-reviewed
- Follow instructions and directions to determine solutions, with limited decision-making authority
- Identify risks and opportunities with guidance and escalate issues as necessary
- Support the team by collecting data, delivering analysis, and assisting in problem resolution
- Communicate effectively with the immediate team, articulating points of view clearly
- Demonstrate an enquiring mind by asking questions and developing creative approaches to tasks
- Show capability to lead by example and encourage others within the team
- Provide support to meet client requirements, identifying, evaluating, and recommending options, and implementing solutions if required




- Maintain self-motivation and confidence in own abilities, seeking feedback for continuous improvement
- Exhibit some level of demonstrable success as evidenced by manager or client feedback

Skills and Competencies:

- Candidate should be a Graduate or a Postgraduate
- Good academic records (minimum 50% or above)
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Word, MS Office and Excel
- Strong knowledge in insurance or finance
- Open to rotational shifts
- Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance is a plus

About you

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Minimum work experience should 3 years in an international BPO/KPO with Insurance or Finance domain knowledge
- Should have worked for a minimum period of 12 months as a Sr. Executive/ Sr. Associate/ Sr. Analyst.
