Freight Coordinator – Freight Forwarding Company

Key Responsibilities

Assist Sales Executives in managing Vendor Pricing managing & Clients Quotes & follow-ups.

Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and service agreements for vendor & Clients.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely shipment execution.

Maintain accurate records of sales & purchase activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Handle Vendor & Customer queries and follow-ups with professionalism and provide timely updates.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred location: Western Railway Line or Metro Lines.

Immediate joiners highly preferred.





Solid communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.
