About the Role

Anand Builders & House of Gu.Ban is seeking an experienced Bar Consultant to collaborate on upcoming luxury hospitality and premium commercial projects.

We are looking for professionals with extensive expertise in bar planning, operational workflow, equipment selection, and premium beverage service environments for luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, clubs, and high-end hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop functional and aesthetically appealing bar concepts and layouts.
- Design Front Bar and Back Bar areas for maximum operational efficiency.
- Plan beverage preparation stations, storage areas, glass wash sections, and service counters.
- Prepare equipment layouts, BOQs, utility requirements, and technical specifications.
- Recommend bar equipment, refrigeration systems, display units, and storage solutions.
- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Kitchen Consultants, MEP, HVAC, and BOH Consultants.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality operational standards, safety norms, and service efficiency.




- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support during project execution.

Required Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of consultancy experience in bar planning and hospitality projects.
- Proven experience in designing bars for luxury hotels, resorts, fine-dining restaurants, clubs, lounges, and premium hospitality developments.
- Robust understanding of beverage operations, workflow planning, equipment selection, refrigeration systems, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant planning software.

Preferred

- Independent Consultants or Consulting Firms are welcome.
- Experience working on internationally recognized hospitality projects.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
