What You'll Work On

As an AI/ML & Generative AI Intern, you will work on the actual FinDocGPT AI stack and production use cases, including:

- Building and improving LLM/SLM-powered applications
- Developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Fine-tuning and evaluating open-source language models
- Prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs
- Document extraction, chunking, embeddings and semantic search
- Building vector databases and enterprise knowledge bases
- Improving model accuracy and reducing hallucinations
- Creating AI evaluation and benchmarking pipelines
- Model quantization and efficient inference
- Integrating AI models with APIs and production systems

Skills We're Looking For

Required:



Strong Python fundamentals, understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs, transformers, embeddings and semantic search, and basic experience with Git and APIs.

Positive to Have: Hugging Face, PyTorch, RAG, FAISS, Chroma, Qdrant, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LoRA/QLoRA, Llama, Qwen, Gemma, Phi, OCR, Docker, Linux, model quantization, local LLM deployment and AI evaluation.

Who Should Apply?

Students or recent graduates from Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields who want hands-on experience building production AI systems.

We value practical skills, curiosity, ownership and ability to build more than certificates.

Personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, research, hackathons, or deployed applications are a strong plus.

Internship → Full-Time Opportunity

This is a minimum 3–6 month internship with an opportunity to transition into a full-time AI/ML position based on performance, technical ability, ownership and business requirements.

Stipend: ₹5,000+ per month

You'll gain hands-on exposure to Generative AI, RAG, LLMs/SLMs, document intelligence and enterprise AI, while working on solutions serving international clients.
