Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the store.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Lead and manage a team of 30+ employees.
- Monitor store sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and presentation.
- Recruit, train, and support store employees.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Review sales reports and take action to improve results.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of retail operations and financial management.
- Experience managing a team of 30 or more employees.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build solid customer relationships.
- Willing to relocate to South Africa.
- Age: 35–45 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
