Job Title: Specification Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Specification Manager to drive product specifications with architects, consultants, and builders for our architectural LED lighting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating project specifications, developing current business relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit 15–20 architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and MEP consultants every week.

Conduct technical product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.

Ensure Bright District LED lighting products are specified in project BOQs and tender documents before tenders are issued.

Develop strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and developers.

Generate new project opportunities and follow them through to order closure.

Coordinate with the sales team for successful project execution.

Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, approvals, and collections.

Maintain CRM records and submit weekly activity reports.

Sales Target

Monthly Sales Target: ₹20 Lakhs

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary:



₹35,000 per month

Performance Incentive: 0.5% to 2% on sales achieved above the monthly target.

Additional Rewards (1%)

An additional 1% performance reward will be considered based on:

New Architect Registrations

New Consultant Approvals

New Builder Account Creation

Repeat Business from Existing Clients

On-Time Payment Collections

Candidate Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Specification Sales, Project Sales, Architectural Lighting, Electrical Products, or Building Materials.

Strong network with architects, consultants, builders, and developers.

Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Industry

Candidates from architectural lighting, LED lighting, electrical products, switches, cables, building materials, sanitaryware, HVAC, façade, or related project sales industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
