Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented qualified who will be responsible for recruiting Field Sales Executives and representing the brand at various on-ground programs and events. This role blends talent acquisition with public relations, requiring strong communication, networking, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Source and recruit through various channels (local networks, job portals, referrals, on-ground sourcing, etc.)
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate closely with the HR team and hiring managers for interview scheduling, feedback, and final selection
- Ensure smooth candidate handover for onboarding and documentation
- Maintain a strong pipeline of Field Sales Executive candidates for ongoing and future requirements
- Track recruitment progress and ensure timely closures

Public Relations & On-Ground Representation

- Represent the brand at local programs, workshops, exhibitions, and events
- Act as the primary point of contact during events for external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with participants, partners, and local communities




- Promote brand initiatives and communicate key messaging effectively
- Coordinate event logistics in collaboration with internal teams

Coordination & Reporting

- Share regular updates on recruitment progress and event outcomes
- Maintain records of candidate interactions and event participation
- Provide feedback from the field to improve hiring and branding strategies

Key Skills Required

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in public interaction and event handling
- Good networking and relationship-building ability
- Basic understanding of sales hiring and recruitment processes
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground activities
- Organized and proactive approach to work

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (HR/Marketing/Communications preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, field hiring, sales hiring, or PR/events
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel can also apply

Other Requirements

- Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
