About the Role:

BIM Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in US-based projects, specializing in end-to-end coordination of architectural, structural, and preconstruction workflows. Strong expertise in developing LOD 300–400 models, performing clash detection with MEP, and generating construction-ready deliverables.

Proven ability to bridge design, costing, and execution teams by integrating BIM workflows with quantity take-offs, constructability review, and coordination management. Experienced in working with Pre-fabricated/Modular/Off-site buildings based on cold-formed steel (CFS/LGS) systems and panelized construction will be an added advantage.

Focused on improving project efficiency through automation, Dynamo scripting, and AI-assisted workflows for documentation, coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage LOD 300–400 BIM models aligned with design, fabrication, and construction requirements
- Perform multi-disciplinary coordination (Architectural, Structural, MEP) to identify and resolve clashes early
- Support preconstruction workflows by integrating BIM outputs with planning, estimation, and execution
- Review drawings for constructability, coordination gaps, and system conflicts
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams to resolve design conflicts before construction




- Generate accurate quantity take-offs from BIM models for structural steel and finishes
- Support costing team with panel-wise and system-based quantities
- Prepare shop, fabrication, and erection drawings for panelized and steel systems
- Coordinate with factory teams to ensure drawings are manufacturable and optimized
- Resolve QC comments and maintain revision control across deliverables
- Develop Dynamo scripts for repetitive BIM tasks and workflow optimization
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve erection and installation issues
- Provide BIM-based support for RFIs, revisions, and field coordination
- Ensure alignment between model, drawings, and actual execution

Softwear/Tool knowledge:

- Autodesk Revit Architecture and Structure
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Navisworks (Clash Detection)
- Dynamo
- MWF metal (added advantage)
- Knowledge about the C# or Revit API(added advantage)
- Strong hands-on using AI tools for workflow development
