About the Role

HomeSol Real Estate Advisory LLP is hiring a Commercial Sales & Leasing Manager to manage sales and leasing activities for commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial property sales, leasing, client acquisition, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business for commercial office, retail, and mixed-use projects.
- Identify and acquire corporate clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales and leasing transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, corporate clients, brokers, and consultants.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth execution of deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular activity reports.
- Monitor market trends, rentals, and pricing to provide market insights.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets.





Eligibility

- Any Graduate
- 3–8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales and/or Leasing.
- Experience with a real estate developer, mandate firm, IPC, or property consulting company is preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
