Job Title: Business Development ManagerJob Location: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Gurugram, Pune & New DelhiYour Task:Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and research potential corporate clients and decision-makers (CDO, OT-ICS Heads, OT ICS team, Industry 4.0 tea, Training Managers).Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Lead QualificationEngage inbound leads and assess training requirements.Qualify prospects based on budget, need, timeline, and authority.Schedule meetings/demos with technical team.Customer EngagementUnderstand client needs (technical certifications, OT cybersecurity, industry 4.0, etc.).Present relevant services and training solutions and value propositions.Handle initial objections and nurture leads.Your Qualification:Experience in sales,
