Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Solution Engineer/Deployment Engineer with proven expertise in deploying Subscriber Data Management (SDM) nodes within Telco Cloud environments. This role is critical to ensuring seamless, scalable, and high -availability deployments of SDM solutions across 2G, 4G, and 5G networks. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in end -to -end implementation, integration, and upgrade activities, leveraging deep knowledge of SDM architectures, cloud -native technologies, and telecom protocols. With hands -on experience in deploying SDL, PGW, SDLA, AUSF, and UDM components as BareMetal, VNFs, or CNFs, you will ensure robust, future -ready network solutions that meet customer -specific requirements while maintaining operational excellence across multi -vendor ecosystems.
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Delhi NCR
Responsibilities:
- Lead end -to -end deployment, integration, and upgrade of SDM network elements across 2G, 4G, and 5G environments.
- Design and implement SDM solutions based on customer needs, strictly following High -Level Design (HLD) and Detailed Level Design (DLD) documentation.
- Deploy SDM solutions on VNF and CNF architectures within Telco Cloud platforms such as OpenStack, VMware, Docker, and OpenShift.
- Install, configure, integrate, test (ATP/UAT), and upgrade SDM components including SDL, PGW, SDLA, AUSF, and UDM.
- Support cloud -native SDM operations and ensure smooth integration with existing and evolving network infrastructures.
- Conduct system validation, interoperability testing, and performance verification across multi -vendor environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using Wireshark, log analysis, and protocol -level debugging techniques.
- Provide expert -level support for SDM call flows, including 2G, 4G, 5G, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT services.
- Collaborate with on -site and offshore cross -functional teams to meet deployment timelines and project milestones.
- Execute software upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal impact on service availability.
- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for scalability, reliability, and high availability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment procedures, configurations, and operational best practices.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and successful project delivery.
- Lead technical discussions and foster knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
